KIDS CHRISTMAS PROGRAM

The kids performed in their christmas program at school today. Parker had to have spiked hair and sunglasses, so we gave him a little mohawk. he was in the front row, and got so into it. half way thru the song, parker and his little friend by him, came down in the audience and rocked out on their air guitars. i have a great video.

Jake is 8 weeks today!

He loves to smile and eat!

Loves to be swaddled to sleep, and gets a big smile on his face when we start to wrap him.

JAKE IS 5 WEEKS!
My sister-in-law just sent me this so cute blanket she made with matching outfit! How cute are they?? Thanks Amy, LOVE the colors.... :)

Kallie loves to hold her baby brother. She keeps telling me, "I really wanted a baby sister, but Jake is so cute, I changed my mind!"

JAKE IS 4 WEEKS OLD

Jake is 4 weeks today. Time has gone fast, but its because I'm sooo tired, I don't know what day it is.
Jake LOVES to eat
He wakes 2-3 times a nite
He won't nap during the day til after 3-4pm.
He likes baths, but hates getting out.
He loves staring at everyones faces.
He is the noisest baby EVER...he makes noises while he is awake and asleep!!
From 4pm on he either wants to be sleeping or eating...or he is mad! Which makes it hard to keep him up for a good nighttime sleep.

SOCCER COMES TO AN END

Parker had his last soccer game of the season. He got a cool trophy from his coach. He is sad the season is over...he loves soccer, but next month basketball begins!! Marissa will continue to playoffs next weekend!!!

Can't believe he is 2 weeks old already, but I can sure feel it....I'm really tired. So cute in his dinosaur outfit.

STATS ON BABY AND DELIVERY

I was sooo nervous for this delivery, but I think this one was the best yet. Here is me at 5am before leaving for the hospital.

This picture was taken after my c-section. So relieved!!! My doctor and nurses this time during the surgery were soooo positive and talking to me the whole time, which calmed me so much more. For the first time EVER, they even pulled down the sheet as they pulled Jake out and Jason took a pic. It was the coolest thing ever! I had never seen my baby right after they came out, because they always wisk them away, and I don't see them til they are wrapped up, and I'm out of recovery! Anyways, Jason has a cool pic that I thought might not be appropriate for my blog....but I think its awesome! Jake is HUGE! :)

JAKE LANDON 9 LBS 21 1/4 INCHES

This is how my little Jakey looks today. I couldn't get him to look at me. This picture makes him look like he has a little dent in his chin...but he doesn't.

Trying to get him to look at me. He still has a little jaundice on his face and chest, but he went to the doctor yesterday, and they said just to watch it. He was a BIG 9 lbs when he was born and 21 1/4 long. Yesterday he was down to 8 lbs 10oz. Unfortunately I'm not looking forward to Monday as he has to get his circumcision done. I wish they would just do it in the hospital like they did Parkers in Utah...Parker slept thru his...the doctor tells me here, that it is a horrible experience for the baby.....thanks doctor.

Anyways, he is a beautiful baby, starting to cry more now, if he isn't being fed, sleeping, or have a pacifier in his mouth, so its making me a little on edge, but he is too cute to get mad at!

SOCCER KIDS!

I've been so preoccupied with baby that I haven't taken any pics of the kids at soccer. Got a quick one last week in their uniforms.
Both kids are doing extremely well this year. Parker is the little star on his team, and is sooo fast. Marissa is one of the top players and has made a few goals this year, and taken many shots that have been blocked.
Marissa even blocked a penalty shot being kicked straight to her one on one to win and end a game a couple weeks ago.
I get soooo into the games, that Jason is very embarrassed to sit by me! Good Job Parker and Marissa!
