We are on our 7th straight week of sickness around here. Thought we were finally getting better, but Kallie woke with this rash all over her face and body!
Please tell me it's not contagious or anything severe...what is all this stuff??? Get out the credit card...so I can go give all my money to the doctor who charges an arm and a leg, when he sees us for 2 minutes, while we are there for 3 hours! UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Smiling was back yesterday afternoon.
By last nite his eye is almost open all the way!

Jake today! Almost normal! Now on normal antibiotics!
Looks pretty dang good, and let's hope it doesn't come back!
Jake started his cold looking like this...looking miserable.
Later in the day, his eyes and checks were red with fever.
He started to look worse and worse..of course on a saturday.
His right eye starts to get a little swollen, not too concerned yet.
Sunday his eye is more swollen and red all around.
By Monday morning..he woke like this.
It's Tuesday, he got a shot yesterday, and this is how he looked this morning...atleast you can see his eye.
He got a 2nd shot this morning, and this is him now. Little improvement, but its still not good enough for me. Back to the doctor tomorrow! Just go away!!! :(
December 26th is my little Kallie's Birthday, so this year, she was able to spend it with the WHOLE Park Family in Colorado. We went to Chuck E Cheese on Christmas Eve...we had the place to ourselves!!! :)

She also got another birthday party at the Westmoreland's house when we returned from Colorado. Lucky Girl!

Marissa played in the 2nd week of Playoffs and her team ended up beating TWO undeafeated teams to WIN the Championship!
These girls played their hardest and ended up devastating the team that had beat us twice before in the regular season!
Since they were #1 in Visalia they were invited to the Region Tournament that same weekend. Pictured was the 3rd and final game of the day! (Marissa #2 stealing the ball for fast break).
We ended up losing this game 0-1 which, made us not continue championship play on sunday. Marissa is shown above breaking for a goal in the 4th quarter which would of tied up the game!
Still trying to score in the last minutes of the 4th. This Orange team played us hard, but we held him to the one goal, which was made by someones knee kicking it up in the air, and it hitting the top bar and falling in behind the goalie. This Orange Crush team continued to Sunday and actually won the whole Region Tournament!
Very Proud of all the girls! They had their soccer party last nite and her coach Chrissy said some really wonderful things about her!
The #1 Visalia Under 12 Champions!! Played 6 games in 4 days! These girls ROCKED!
Marissa Auditioned for Visalia's Most Talented on October 9th. Out of over 100 auditions she was picked to perform in the final show along with 15 other acts from various schools on Nov. 6th. Marissa is pictured in front of the LJ Williams Theater.
